Kilpatrick is seeking groups with strong Private Equity practices with a technology client base that can leverage our depth in IP and our understanding of technology clients.  Kilpatrick feels a middle-market, private equity practice would fit well in our platform.

Goal: Private Equity Practice in Collaboration with Kilpatrick’s Premiere IP Platform.

Kilpatrick has one of the top intellectual property practices in the world, giving Kilpatrick the opportunity to leverage that expertise into private equity transactions where depth in IP is a differentiator. We are focused on strategic growth on the West Coast, New York, Atlanta and Texas.  The AgTech and FinTech arenas are particularly attractive to us.

Sell: IP Reputation, National Platform and Leadership Opportunities.

Kilpatrick has a broad national platform that is complemented by a presence in China, Japan and Sweden.  Potential candidates will benefit from a nationally recognized IP practice as well as expertise in Financial Institutions M&A, Global Sourcing and Technology Licensing, Privacy, Cybersecurity and Employee Benefits.  Strong candidates could be attracted by a break-out opportunity to lead market development in key regions.

Industries: Retail/Consumer Products, Financial Institutions, FinTech, AgTech.
