The Real Estate Finance and Capital Markets team is looking for a partner or counsel candidate with experience representing clients in state and federal commercial litigation and disputes relating to loan origination and servicing issues and distressed real estate loans, including the pursuit of foreclosure, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, and receivership remedies and workouts. The ideal candidate would be barred in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

Goal: Support Client Demand in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Provide additional support to clients in North Carolina and South Carolina who need capital markets representation.

Sell: Leading Market Position and Opportunity for Significant Client Growth.

Client demand could offer the right candidate an opportunity for significant practice growth and assured path to partnership.

Geographies: Raleigh, Charlotte, Winston-Salem.
